“After a great week of plein air painting near the Ghost Ranch in New Mexico, just North of Sante Fe, there was a pull over to overlook a river. This was the Chama River. It was a beautiful area with the river meandering around the beautiful yellow grasses and the deep greens of the junipers. An invitation to paint.”
